OUR STORY

Rumba Cubana was born from sacrifice, resilience, and a deep love for our roots.

Founded by Alan and Nairelys Lopez, our journey began with hard choices, long days, and an unshakable belief in starting over. What began in 2009 as a small dream in New Jersey has grown through perseverance, gratitude, and the support of our community.

Today, we proudly operate six locations, with two more opening before the end of the year, including our expansion to the West Palm Beach area in Florida.

Every space we create is designed with intention and heart, because for us, this is more than a restaurant — it is our story, shared with every guest who walks through our doors.
